I work as a management consultant: I help companies and organizations express improve their processes, express complex ideas in simple terms, and learn from their peers.

I'm ah uge Bay Area Sports Fan (Oakland A's, SF 49ers, Golden State Warriors).  Avid snowboarder, like to hike, canoe, and generally mess around outdoors.  Big fan of classic rock (The Band, The Grateful Dead) and a lot of hip-hop, but I'll listen to anything with a beat.

Things I'm not too fond of (in no particular order)

Hipsters, legal services (I'm a reformed paralegal), Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Miller Lite (nothing against bad beer, just hate Miller Lite), Al Davis, Boston Sports Fans, Humidity, McMansions, politicians using sound bites to justify policy decisions, liberals who think that deficits don't matter, conservatives who think that tax cuts are a magical solution to structural economic problems.
